Leprechaun, LLC is committed to fostering and maintaining an environment conducive to meeting our compliance obligations.
The Company compliance program relies on a cooperative effort among all staff and management working to achieve compliance. We have an open door policy that encourages staff to discuss any issues or concerns with supervisors, managers, or the compliance office in confidence and without fear of retaliation. Complimentary to our open door policy, we have established a Compliance Hotline (866-520-0138).
This Hotline can be utilized to report any compliance issues or concerns. If you prefer, you may maintain your anonymity when reporting through the Hotline. The Hotline rings through to a voice mailbox that is monitored by the Company compliance officials. Compliance officials report regularly on compliance activities to the management compliance committee and the board of directors.
HIPAA Compliance
Leprechaun is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of protected health information. We maintain a HIPAA compliance program to manage our privacy and security practices to meet our obligations. These obligations include the privacy and security requirements specified by HIPAA as well as the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH).
CMS Compliance
Leprechaun's solutions are delivered in accordance with CMS guidelines for Medicare Advantage organizations that process risk adjustment data. We maintain dedicated training and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance.
