These individuals each have extensive experience in their respective fields of healthcare management and software development. The rest of the Leprechaun team, from programmers to clinicians, is of an equal caliber.


Susan Rawlings
Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Rawlings, Leprechaun's Chief Executive Officer, brings an extensive background in healthcare development and management including finance, program development, strategies and service integration within the insurance, Medicare, and healthcare industries. As Senior Vice President, and President, Senior Business at WellPoint, Inc., she was responsible for Senior Business P&L, created and launched new Part D products, and enhanced and fostered relationships with the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services.

With over 20 years of progressive leadership in the healthcare industry, seventeen of those years in Medicare leadership, Rawlings brings expertise through experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, and is also a CPA.


Annemarie Anderson
Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Anderson brings over 20 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience to Leprechaun. Prior to becoming Leprechaun's Chief Operating Officer in 2009, Ms. Anderson spent 15 years in leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wisconsin, including P&L management for the Senior and Individual Markets division. She also spent her last two years there working to build a national sales and marketing organization for the parent of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wisconsin, WellPoint, Inc. She has a deep understanding of Leprechaun's customers and how they operate, and knows how to create and operate an effective organization.

Ms. Anderson earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 1985 in Mass Communications at Illinois State University.


Mark Dambro, MD
Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Mark Dambro joined Leprechaun in 2008, providing key clinical guidance in the development of Leprechaun's Prospective product. Dr. Dambro held a private family practice for 18 years, and has risen to be the Medical Director and Chief of the Family Practice Department at DFW Palliative Care Center. Dr. Mark Dambro is very active in the medical community,  having written over 16 articles in medical periodicals.

He holds a BS in Nuclear Engineering and obtained his MD from Washington University School of Medicine.


John M. Nix
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Nix became Leprechaun's Chief Financial Officer in November 2007. He is responsible for overall financial management of the company, its financial reporting and transparency, and for multiple corporate functions including accounting, long-range planning and corporate and strategic development.

He began his career with Price Waterhouse & Co. in their tax and audit groups. Prior to assuming his duties with the company, he held positions of increasing levels of responsibility with nationally based financial management consulting firms (Parson Consulting, and DLC) as well as being a Division Controller for Fortune 500 manufacturing conglomerate SPX.

Mr. Nix earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Texas.


Janet Fosdick
Chief Sales and Development Officer

Ms. Fosdick joined Leprechaun in August 2008. She is Leprechaun's Chief Sales and Development Officer, with direct responsibility for Sales, Marketing, and Product Management. Ms. Fosdick brings a wealth of experience and demonstrated success within the Medicare Advantage market. Recently she was the General Manager of WellPoint, Inc.'s Employer Group Retiree Segment. She was responsible for developing and implementing the national sales distribution model for Medicare Advantage products, as well as leading the marketing, product development, underwriting, and business development for the employer group customer.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona.


Alan Stine
Chief Technology Officer

As Leprechaun's Chief Technology Officer, Alan Stine guides the overall design of the company's growing data processing infrastructure. Alan works closely with the company's software engineering and research teams to promote and implement cutting-edge innovations on these critical development and production systems. Additionally, he plays a key strategic role bringing Leprechaun's newest technologies into the marketplace.

Alan is a founding partner of Leprechaun, with 21 years of experience in the IT industry and 11 years of developing and implementing analytical warehousing systems specifically for health care data. Prior to Leprechaun, Alan worked at IHMA where, as VP of Technology, he led key technology initiatives, including development of multi-dimensional health care data warehousing systems, web reporting systems, and data center operations. Alan has also been a consultant and developer in the pharmaceutical industry, where he designed and developed data capture and analytical systems used in drug study programs.

Alan brings almost 14 years of high-reliability/high-availability communications experience at Dow Jones & Company to his role at Leprechaun. While at Dow Jones he served in numerous capacities, including System Architect, developing and deploying Internet and Web-based data distribution systems, and managing other process improvement projects.

Alan's current duties include managing Leprechaun's critical data processing systems and technology strategies. His post-graduate education includes post-graduate coursework at Southern Methodist University and the University of Texas at Arlington.


Ivelisse Torres
General Manager-Puerto Rico Operations

Ms. Torres is responsible for the business development, ongoing operations, and corporate strategy for Leprechaun's Puerto Rico operations. In addition, Ms. Torres oversees all sales, staff and marketing initiatives in Puerto Rico.

Ms. Torres joined Leprechaun with over twenty years of progressive leadership and administrative experience in a large, technologically advanced, labor-driven healthcare center in Puerto Rico. She has a strong background in planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and evaluating programs, managing operations and systems, and orientation and staff development programs.

Ms. Torres holds a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
