LEPRECHAUN ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES
FORT WORTH, TEXAS - April 25, 2011 - Leprechaun today announced that it was appointing Sam Shrivatsa as its new Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect. Mr. Shrivatsa has been with the Company for three years and has overseen and driven significant operating improvements during this time.
"I am both honored and excited to be appointed CEO of Leprechaun and ensure the Company realizes its full potential. Our immediate aim is to bring our operations closer to our customers and work together with them as a trusted partner. The Company expects the transition to be seamless and expects no service delivery disruptions during this time. Mr. Shrivatsa and the Leprechaun management team will be contacting all stakeholders personally in the coming days to introduce himself, his strategy and answer any questions you may have.
