What is Personally Identifiable Information?
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is anything that can be traced back specifically to you, such as your name, street or postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, Social Security Number.
What Personally Identifiable Information do we collect?
As of October, 2006 this site only collects your e-mail address (if you provide it to us to obtain more information). That information is only used to fulfill your request. It is never sold, rented, or provided to any third-party for any purpose whatsoever.
Log File Information
As part of its normal operation, the software which underlies this Web site (Microsoft Internet Information Services 6.0) records ("logs") basic information about every request it receives: the date and time of the request, the type of request, the item requested, the outcome of the request, the browser/operating system making the request, and the apparent Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer making the request. We only use this "log file" information in aggregate, to understand traffic patterns on our site.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files that can be added to your computer by websites to identify your computer when you access certain services with the aim of improving a user's experience and making their activity more efficient.
This site uses temporary (session level) cookies for particular user sessions. These files will be automatically removed from a visitor's computer when they end the session and close their browser.
You can configure your computer to refuse cookies from this, or any other Web site, however, certain areas of our site require the acceptance of cookies to operate. These areas will not function properly without your acceptance of the file.
A persistent cookie file is stored on the user's computer and is not deleted when the browser is closed. These cookies can retain user preferences for a particular web area, allowing those preferences to be used for future browsing sessions - for example storing information required to speed or pre-fill certain form fields, thereby providing a more efficient, user-friendly and 'tailored' experience for such visitors.
This site uses a persistent cookie to determine the display of certain parts of a page (e.g. the poll vs. poll results). It is not used for any other purpose.
Please note that other websites linked to or from this site might make use of their own cookies. Leprechaun, LLC encourages visitors to ascertain the privacy practices of the website they access.
More information about cookies, including how to block and/or delete them, via a range of common browsers, can be found at www.AboutCookies.org.
Thank you for your interest in how Leprechaun, LLC respects your privacy. Please contact us if you have any additional questions or concerns.
